We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Orders shipped outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

We offer free shipping within the U.S.A.

Orders placed on this website will be shipped within the USA via UPS or Fedex. We will provide a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched.

All orders will be dispatched from our Los Angeles warehouse within 48 hours for orders placed Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within 48 hours from the following Monday.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges can be made up to 20 days after receipt of goods. Goods must have original tags and be in unworn and unwashed condition.

If you wish to return an item, please email returns@lazybonesusa.com with your order number and a brief comment so we can prepare our Returns Department for your package. Please include details of whether you require a replacement or refund in this email. We will email an acknowledgment of your return.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will happily reimburse the postage costs.

If you are returning items for reasons other than the item being faulty or incorrect, then packaging and postage must be paid for by the customer.
